Detox Day 21: Building Blocks

Whoo Hoo!

You made it friends, through a full 21 day cleanse. Some of you may be so glad its over, some of you may not want this great feeling to stop. Where ever you are, I am so glad you joined me for this cleanse. One thing is for sure, the next time you do a cleanse, it will be much easier. A good cleanse is a great way to reset your body. If you ever get too focused on a food or habit where it starts to take over you. Just do a cleanse or a green juice fast! It will help you break the cravings and reset your body’s natural metabolism.

I hope you have taken some time to reflect and focus on the 1 to 3 things you want to change in your diet. I took a sip of my husband’s decaf coffee yesterday morning and it tasted completely different than it did on day 1. It tasted horrible actually! So many of you may want to let coffee go as well. I know you all are different today than you were on Day 1. I hope you took notes and maybe had a journal of your progress, whether it was good or bad. All progress is growth and without it, we can’t BE what God calls us to be. I hope this journey was a new foundation for you and BUILDING BLOCKS for your health.

Congratulations to everyone following us over the past few weeks! Whether you were a prayer warrior, or quietly doing your own challenge at home, thank you for lending your hearts and allowing me to share mine. My only prayer was to show you the health changes you can do through changing your diet. If you continue on this path of great food for fuel, your body can be unstoppable!
