I hope you are enjoying your monday morning and new time change. Only a few more days on the this “cleanse” and I know you probably can not wait to get back to eating a little less restrictively. Remember, this is just for a moment and the goal is to look at making NEW CHOICES. It takes 21 days to a new habit, so I hope you are ready to add some new choices to your daily life.
Here’s your homework! I want you to email me 3 new choices you are going to do after the cleanse is over. This is mandatory for those still working on the cleanse, even if you are doing this 50-50, or 80-20. This step is how I made lasting changes over the last two years. Two years ago I wrote down no carbonated drinks, no caffeine and no more meat. It was something on my heart I know I could let go in my life. What is in your life you noticed you could let go of in the last 17 days.
In order for this to work, you have to write it down! I would love to hear from you about how this cleanse has helped you. If you share, you could be helping someone else take the first step to healthier life.
Today, in my son’s devotion we read about Choices, how “when your greatest desire is to please Me, making the right choices becomes easier. A quick, one-word prayer-“Jesus” is all it takes to call upon My help and guidance. Seek to please Me in everything you do.” (Jesus Calling, Sarah Young, p.325)
I pray that you would call on Jesus today when you need to make hard choices or even the smallest of choices. He wants to be with you there everything. I hope you are inspired by your new choices that will change your health and your life! If you or a friend need to chat, pray, or need some medical direction, I would love to help.
I love and appreciate you all,
In Love and Service,
Remember, “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” (Psalm 37:4)
