Thank you for joining me on this 10 day cleanse. The goal is to clear out all dairy, caffeine, animal meat products and more. This cleanse is from Standard Process, but we are making adjustments. Instead of 21 days, we are doing the first 10. Once you have gone through the hard part of detoxing, my hope is that you will continue the program adding fish and clean meats only for protein. Healthy fresh fruits, vegetable, and protein are where we need to stay for a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle.
Here’s our Plan:
The DAILY PROGRAM: If you don’t have the supplements, you can just follow the food recommendations:
7am or upon waking: green tea, water with lemon.
SP Cleanse: Calls for 7 capsules 3x a day. (I recommend start with 3-5 capsules, 3x a day) on an empty stomach or with shake
SP Complete: Protein shake with fruit, water, ice. Use unsweetened almond milk if you like (Recipes included in program guide)
11 am – Snack: Fruit or veggie and lots of water
12-1pm- Lunch: Salad, wild rice, lentils, veggies, greens, lots of raw foods and lots of water
3pm: Afternoon Shake: SP Complete (fruit) (I am going to add Jay Rob chocolate protein shake here…yummy easy to shake in a canister with cold water. Should curb sugar cravings)
SP Cleanse: 3-5 capsules (3x a day)
SP Gastrofiber 3 capsules (3x a day)
Lots of water
5pm-6pm Dinner: Salad, sweet potato, veggies, brown rice, lentils…

Bedtime: Last SP Cleanse, and SP Gastro-fiber…lots of water…
Make sure to get plenty of rest the first few days as your body is busy pulling out toxins. Keep your weekend low key so it allows you to rest more if you need to. Think about your liver, kidneys, and small intestines working hard.
The THINGS to Refrain From:
- Alcohol, Caffeine, or Tobacco
- Grains: except wild or brown rice
- Processed or refined foods
- You can also add Gymnema (Medi-Herb to curb sugar or carb cravings)
- Remember, Light exercise, walking, yoga, saunas are all good things to add to help with the detox process

I just thank you for my friends here who are amazing! I pray for their commitment to their health and the care of their body with this cleansing program. I pray for bold healing inside and out for the next 10 days. I pray for rest and grace during the entire process. I pray for nothing but self-love, self-care, and self-acceptance over the next 10 days. Lord, thank you for each one that you have called to be part of this cleanse. May it be glorifying to you all that we do this coming week. I pray for revelation knowledge for everyone as we dive in and surrender food issues and achieve a wholeness in our body. I care very much about each person in this group and I pray that you would bless them exponentially during this time. In Jesus, precious name we pray! Amen!
